Lead AWS Connect Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AWS Connect Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical SME on AWS Connect & AWS Bedrock, designing and implementing solutions focused on customer engagement
• Manage and lead a team of engineers and developers in writing, debugging, and deploying code and APIs
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure proper application architecture configurations and respond to system outages

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with AWS services, particularly AWS Connect and AWS Bedrock
• Proven leadership skills in managing technical teams
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure data infrastructures
• Ability to create and maintain solution documentation, including architecture diagrams
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools
