Language Learning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Language Learning Specialist focused on Endangered Languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and designers to create instructional content
• Design and edit interactive instructional content that models accurate language usage
• Develop project plans and ensure milestones are achieved within deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Second Language Acquisition, Linguistics, Education, or a related field
• Five years' experience in instructional design or curriculum development for language acquisition
• Experience learning or researching a Native American or endangered language
• Native-level fluency in English, plus proficiency in at least one other language
• Ability to travel periodically for on-site work with clients
