Role: Partner Account Executive
Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $1,500+/Monthly Open to negotiation based on experience.

Lago is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Partner Account Executive to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and expand our market reach. As a Partner Account Executive, you will be the main point of contact for our partners, engage with stakeholders, and align our solutions with their business needs. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will be critical in facilitating collaboration and ensuring mutual success. You will work closely with our sales, recruiting, and onboarding teams to create joint programs, promotions, and strategies that benefit both Lago and our partners. Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their business goals.
  • Strategic Account Growth – Identify opportunities for expansion, upselling, and cross-selling Lago’s services within existing client accounts.
  • Onboarding & Retention – Oversee client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and continued engagement to maximize retention.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track key success metrics, provide insights, and proactively address challenges to improve client outcomes.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with recruitment, sales, and marketing teams to optimize client service delivery.
  • Market Insights & Advisory – Provide industry insights and strategic recommendations to clients, positioning Lago as a trusted talent solutions partner.
  • Issue Resolution & Risk Mitigation – Act as the main escalation point for client concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
  • Process Improvement – Continuously refine customer success processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Account Management & Business Development – Proven experience in managing client accounts, driving business growth, and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Communication & Negotiation – Strong ability to communicate effectively, negotiate contracts, and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Relationship Building – Skilled in fostering long-term relationships with clients and partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and success.
  • Opportunity Identification – Experience in recognizing and developing new business opportunities to expand Lago’s client base.
  • CRM & Partner Management Tools – Familiarity with CRM systems and other tools to track, manage, and optimize partner interactions.
  • Analytical & Performance Assessment – Strong analytical skills to evaluate client performance, measure success, and optimize strategies.
  • Self-Motivation & Results Orientation – Ability to work independently, drive results, and maintain a proactive approach to client success.
  • Industry & Tech Knowledge – Understanding of technology, digital trends, and talent outsourcing is a plus.
