Junior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure AI medical imaging software, ensuring integration with existing IT infrastructure
• Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Collaborate with the Service and Operations team to improve workflows and enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Networking and Security
• Hands-on experience with Linux shell and shell scripting
• Experience managing customer relations in a complex environment
• Pro-active attitude towards resolving issues and implementing improvements
