One of our companies is currently looking for a Client Success Coordinator in the Philippines.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Client Success Coordinator to join a collaborative and fast-paced team. This role will support client program execution by managing key administrative and operational tasks behind the scenes. You’ll be responsible for setting up campaigns in Salesforce, creating reports and landing pages, and helping prepare proposals. Ideal candidates thrive in a remote work setting, communicate effectively, and are eager to learn and grow in the client success space. This is a full-time, remote role requiring alignment with U.S. business hours.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with client success team members to ensure efficient execution of marketing programs
  • Set up and maintain campaigns and data within Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Create and update client-facing landing pages using Unbounce
  • Develop reports using platforms like Infogram and manage data analysis for proposals
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and client presentations
  • Respond to internal stakeholders promptly to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills across email and digital collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours (9:00am–6:00pm PHT or 9:00pm–6:00am PHT)
  • Must have a working laptop/PC, stable internet, and backup connection
  • Monthly pay range: ₱37,500—₱45,800 PHP
