ITE is looking for an associate with direct experience to help support fundraising initiatives to join its dynamic and rapidly growing team.

ITE has offices in NYC, Chicago, St. Louis and Paris. The firm employs over 70 people and manages over $10B of industrial transportation assets. Due to the firm’s dynamic and forward-thinking approach, the capital commitments have tripled in the past three years.

Job Description:

ITE’s Capital Formation & Investor Relations team is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented associate with strong organizational and time management skills. This individual must have direct experience in a similar role at another fund and a deep understanding of the commercial mindset, accuracy, and responsiveness required for success.

This role involves working in a team-oriented environment, engaging with external investors and stakeholders, and supporting fundraising efforts through active outreach, materials preparation, and CRM management. The associate will also collaborate across internal teams, making communication and teamwork critical to success.

As a cross-functional point person, the associate will gain exposure to senior leaders and institutional investors. This position offers significant responsibility within a small team, contributing to the firm's growth while developing broad-based skills across Capital Formation and Investor Relations.

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of fundraising in a private investment strategy
  • Prepare materials and responses to due diligence requests in partnership with the in partnership with the investment, finance, and legal/compliance teams

·       Track and respond to investor requests including RFPs, DDQs and other due diligence requests; leverage internal systems such as Salesforce, PowerBi and DealCloud to synthesize information for presentations and analysis

  • Organize and draft proactive communication supporting fundraising.
  • Log, track, and report on investor activity in the team’s CRM system (Salesforce-based)
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings and calls with investors and ITE professionals
  • Liaise with various internal teams to create new content, materials, reporting when needed

Salary Range: 

  • Estimated base salary range for this position is: $90,000-$120,000. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. 
    • Undergraduate degree
    • Minimum 3-5 years of direct experience supporting fundraising at a busy fund
    • Extremely detailed oriented and highly organized
    • Commercial mindset with a proactive, self-driven skillset
    • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Highly responsive and professional with a client-service demeanor
    • Demonstrated experience in applying investment analysis and producing content
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take ownership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
    • Ability to keep others and themselves on task – organizing a workflow with deadlines
    • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to take on what’s needed to support the team
    • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
    • Experience with CRMs – preferably Salesforce-based
