Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Review Technician - CPhT.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments to evaluate medication therapy appropriateness as part of the prior authorization process
• Communicate clinical review decisions to pharmacies and providers
• Provide mentorship to the Data Entry Specialist team and assist with patient or provider requests

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Pharmacy technician certification
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with data entry software or CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
