Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Review Pharmacist to support prior authorization reviews and collaborate with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret clinical guideline criteria for coverage determinations
• Conduct outbound clinical consult calls with healthcare providers and patients
• Document prior authorization cases and make clinical determinations in accordance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Registered Pharmacist with a state license in good standing
• PGY1 Managed Care Residency preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical resources
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
