Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to assist in managing compliance with insurance regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage compliance with insurance regulations across products and business units
- Manage responses to Departments of Insurance on consumer complaints and compliance inquiries
- Identify potential policy violations or compliance breaches and escalate issues to the Head of Compliance
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree from a top university
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance compliance and/or regulation
- Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines
- Quick learner, rapidly adapts to new technology and concepts
- Strong accountability
