Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executive in marketing and servicing clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their insurance inquiries
• Process insurance documents, endorsements, and invoices while ensuring accuracy and clear communication

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in personal lines insurance in a brokerage environment
• Experience with at least two of the following carriers: AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, & PURE
• Proficiency in EPIC Agency Management System and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with surplus lines insurance
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
