A company is looking for an Account Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Account Executive in marketing and servicing clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their insurance inquiries
- Process insurance documents, endorsements, and invoices while ensuring accuracy and clear communication
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in personal lines insurance in a brokerage environment
- Experience with at least two of the following carriers: AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, & PURE
- Proficiency in EPIC Agency Management System and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with surplus lines insurance
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
