Job Summary
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to join their team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of engaging training content and assessments for certification and education programs
- Design and review assessments, including quizzes and scenario-based activities, to support learning objectives
- Collaborate on visual and instructional design work and drive the end-to-end process of educational content creation
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Instructional Design experience with a foundation in adult learning principles
- Expertise in assessment writing for professional-level certification exams
- Experience with e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proven ability to develop eLearning, webinar curriculums, and training materials
- Background in graphic design and experience working in marketing or ad tech environments
