Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Excellence HVAC/R Lead Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal operation and maintenance of HVAC/R systems and equipment
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform emergency repairs
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a service technician on HVAC/R systems
• Experience with HVAC controls, particularly Lennox Core and Carrier SystemVu controllers
• Ability to identify and address control and mechanical issues proactively
• Willingness to travel within Chicago, IL and surrounding areas
• Flexibility to work on-call, including nights and weekends
