A company is looking for an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates customer service requests and schedules technicians to meet service needs
- Communicates service plans to customers and follows up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintains customer account information and supports administrative activities as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of service industry experience managing service operations or scheduling
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Service Management software and financial accounting systems
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and teams
