Key Responsibilities

  • Communicates service plans to customers and follows up to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintains customer account information and supports administrative activities as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years of service industry experience managing service operations or scheduling
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Service Management software and financial accounting systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and teams
