Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (REMOTE US).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
• Coach managers on talent management and employee relations
• Analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making and support change management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience (Master's degree or HR certification preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in an HRBP or HR generalist/manager role
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience using HRIS systems and data analytics tools
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
