Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Coach managers on talent management and employee relations
- Analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making and support change management initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience (Master's degree or HR certification preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in an HRBP or HR generalist/manager role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience using HRIS systems and data analytics tools
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
