Key Responsibilities
- Support employee relations, compliance, and operational processes for retail teams
- Manage onboarding paperwork and HRIS setup for new hires
- Coordinate workers' compensation claims and manage leave of absence requests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience, particularly in retail support
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in creating and maintaining HR SOPs and documentation
- Demonstrated use of HR data and analytics for decision-making
