Duties and Responsibilities
- Professionally answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a timely manner.

- Handle any additional administrative tasks as required, ensuring smooth operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite, or similar tools).
- Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.
