A company is looking for a Healthcare Call Center Representative I (Spanish or Arabic Speaking preferred).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, responding to inquiries and providing information

  • Ensure a positive experience for patients and their families through exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • One year of customer service experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual in Arabic/English preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
  • Temporary role with potential for extension
