Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Administration Program Coordinator II.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Academic Program Directors and manage daily operations of healthcare administration programs
- Serve as the primary contact for students, addressing inquiries and coordinating support services
- Oversee program data management and assist with accreditation self-studies and compliance documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant administrative support experience
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business administration preferred
- Experience in a higher education setting and familiarity with HIPAA and FERPA preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
