Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Plan Data Analyst II (SQL required).

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, report, and monitor provider data across business functions
• Develop database structures and reports, and perform disruption analysis activities
• Coordinate provider network data management and prepare NCQA documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of three years of data analysis or experience in a health care setting
• Experience with Cognizant Facets Provider application
• Managed care and project management experience preferred
