Head of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and decision support to department leaders
• Own and manage the company's financial forecast models and headcount models
• Create materials for board decks and investor presentations, supporting equity raises and financial transactions

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, with FP&A experience preferred
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of financial planning experience supporting business growth objectives
• 5+ years of experience with MS Excel; Google Sheets and SQL knowledge are a plus
• Team-oriented with the ability to build relationships across the organization
