Job Summary
A company is looking for a Guest Engagement Account Coordinator who will support the Guest Engagement team by managing operational activities and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee calendar management for omnichannel communications including Email, SMS, Push, and In-App Messaging
- Manage campaign deployments and scheduling in CRM platforms, collaborating with clients on necessary edits and approvals
- Maintain communication logs, create briefs for content and copy, and handle operational tasks such as setting meeting agendas and gathering data for reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Public Relations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, customer engagement, or account management
- Experience with CRM systems such as Braze, Attentive, or Punchh is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
