Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead onsite experimentation and optimize the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across the website and landing pages
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to identify conversion barriers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform testing strategies and analyze results

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or growth experimentation roles
• Proven track record of designing and executing A/B tests using relevant tools
• Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and behavioral analytics tools
• Expertise in test planning and prioritization frameworks
• Familiarity with UX best practices and conversion-centered design principles
