Group Air Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Air Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding flight options and itinerary changes
• Issue domestic and international air tickets and handle schedule changes and disruptions
• Organize group air arrival and departure information and coordinate with clients and airlines

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of GDS experience, preferably with Sabre
• High school diploma
• Knowledge of air travel industry, including ticketing and group blocks
• Experience booking air for groups of 100+ passengers
• Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
