We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Event Coordinator to manage all facets of event planning and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating event logistics, managing digital platforms, coordinating event staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You should be able to handle high-pressure situations and solve any issues that may arise before, during, and after an event.

What Your Impact Will Look Like Here
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate all event logistics, from venue selection to transportation and catering, as well as virtual event setup and management. 
  • Technical Coordination: Set up and manage digital platforms and tools required for virtual events, ensuring all technical aspects run smoothly. 
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with event vendors to ensure high quality of performance that meet expectations. 
  • Event Execution: Design and execute event plans and agendas, overseeing on-site setup and breakdown, as well as managing digital event components. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the event meets its objectives and provide feedback and periodic reports. 
  • Budget Management: Assist with the management of the event budget, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within the allocated budget. 
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations. 
  • Participant Engagement: Ensure high levels of participant engagement by managing Q&A sessions, polls, and other interactive features during events. 
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze event performance and participant feedback to identify areas for improvement and report on key metrics. 
  • Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise before, during, and after events. 
  • Inventory Management: Keep inventory of event supplies and manage their distribution. 
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Perform post-event evaluations and report outcomes to identify areas for improvement. 


You will love this job if you have
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or logistics management, with a focus on digital or virtual events. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 
  • Proficiency with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cvent). 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. 
  • Technical proficiency with digital tools and software. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools. 
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
