• Lead and manage all aspects of the Epicor ERP environment, focusing on performance and business alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP capabilities meet business goals and enhance user satisfaction
• Oversee ERP-related projects, managing scope, budget, scheduling, and testing across global sites

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ERP and business application leadership, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
• Strong functional experience with Epicor ERP, including configuration and customization
• Proven ability to work with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams
• Experience managing customized ERP environments and third-party vendors
• Understanding of IT governance principles, including change management and compliance
