Genesys Cloud Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Genesys Cloud Technical Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure Genesys Cloud CX solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Lead the development team in building and deploying Genesys Cloud CX configurations and automations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in contact center technology design and implementation
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with the application development lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile Scrum)
• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience implementing Genesys Cloud
• Leadership experience to manage and mentor a development team
