Job Summary
A company is looking for a Genesys Cloud Technical Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure Genesys Cloud CX solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Lead the development team in building and deploying Genesys Cloud CX configurations and automations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in contact center technology design and implementation
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with the application development lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile Scrum)
- Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience implementing Genesys Cloud
- Leadership experience to manage and mentor a development team
