Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a liability claims team to manage various caseloads effectively
- Promote best practices in claims handling and manage team performance and workloads
- Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers while utilizing technology to enhance team efficiency
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
- Claims background in general liability
- 3-5 years of prior leadership experience
