Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Benefits Consultant to engage in financial wellness conversations and support executive participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with high-income participants and coordinate meetings with planners
- Assist in creating comprehensive financial plans and address participant inquiries regarding executive benefits
- Implement and review investment strategies while staying informed about market trends and regulatory changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
- FINRA Series 7 and NASAA Series 63 registrations required
- FINRA fingerprinting required; life insurance licensing preferred
- Knowledge of financial wellness and investment management strategies
