Finance Transformation Managing Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Effectiveness - Managing Director to lead and grow its practice within the Finance Effectiveness team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end client engagements in finance transformation areas, including operating model design and process optimization
• Guide CFOs in setting transformation agendas and executing initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy
• Oversee the design and implementation of target-state finance functions and build a high-performing team of transformation professionals

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in finance transformation or performance improvement, preferably in consulting
• Strong understanding of finance processes and systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday
• Proven ability to lead complex programs with measurable improvements in finance efficiency
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to client service
