Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Manager, Financial Analysis and Business Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance of assigned GT portfolio, including strategic planning, budgeting, and expense management
• Provide analytical support for GT projects and initiatives, including return on investment analysis and funding recommendations
• Develop and enhance financial tools for budget and forecast management, and support the implementation of new programs and services

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in a global organization
• Baccalaureate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline required
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting policies and principles
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and drive systemic change
• In-depth understanding of financial modeling and complex data analysis
