Finance Director, GTM Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance GTM & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leaders to support strategic initiatives that drive customer acquisition and revenue acceleration
• Bridge GTM and Operations planning to minimize bottlenecks and optimize revenue realization
• Serve as a key input into corporate planning cycles, coordinating execution with financial objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Business Operations Finance, ideally in high-growth tech or AI sectors
• Deep understanding of GTM finance, including sales models and scaling revenue operations
• Strong experience in operations finance, particularly in supply chain and data center planning
• Ability to partner with leaders across GTM, Operations, and Finance for strategic decision-making
• Highly analytical with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting
