Key Responsibilities: Guiding and Inspiring Young Writers
• Mentoring Teens: Work one-on-one with teen girls and gender-expansive youth to help them develop their creative writing skills and explore their unique voices.
• Leading Group Workshops: Participate in online group writing workshops, providing guidance and support to young writers.
• Fostering a Love of Writing: Inspire and motivate teens to express their creative ideas and develop a passion for writing.
• Providing Guidance and Support: Offer constructive feedback and guidance to help teens improve their writing skills and achieve their goals.

Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
• Strong Creative Writing Skills: A passion for creative writing and a strong command of writing skills in various genres, including fiction, poetry, journalism, screenwriting, songwriting, copywriting, and business writing.
• Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with teens and provide constructive feedback on their writing.
• Empathy and Listening Skills: A kind and compassionate approach, with the ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully.
