ETF Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ETF Strategic Relationships Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Capital Markets contact for clients and partners regarding ETF operations and trading
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective client support and coordination of fund governance activities
• Prepare presentation materials and represent trading and capital markets at meetings and discussions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in ETF operations, trading, or client service
• Solid understanding of ETF operations, including creation/redemption and trading processes
• Ability to engage with senior executives and translate technical details for diverse audiences
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities independently
• Adaptability to take on new challenges and support multiple stakeholders
