Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Lead Analyst to guide implementation and optimization efforts across Epic modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead build, testing, and optimization efforts within Epic
• Provide technical and operational expertise for assigned module(s)
• Coordinate with client leadership, analysts, and clinical stakeholders to align system functionality with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epic experience, with demonstrated leadership in hospital implementations
• Current Epic certification(s) required
• Proven experience leading Epic teams during implementations or optimization projects
• Bachelor's degree preferred
