Epic Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Implementation Analyst to support client hospitals during system implementation and post-go-live optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in new Epic implementations and system optimization projects
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, clinicians, and IT staff to ensure seamless integration
• Translate hospital operational needs into Epic workflows and system configuration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epic experience with direct involvement in Epic implementation projects
• Epic certification(s) in one or more modules
• Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and system adoption strategies
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
