Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories, ensuring seamless communication across teams. Solution Design and Implementation: Assist in the design and implementation of solutions to meet business needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions. Testing and Validation: Assist in the testing and validation of software applications or systems, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and are free from defects. Implementation Support: Provide support during the implementation phase, including user training and documentation, to ensure a smooth transition. To excel in this role, you’ll need: Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or a related discipline.
