Enterprise Success Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers from onboarding through ongoing engagements
• Guide onboarding and migration projects, including environment setup and database migrations
• Provide consultative technical guidance on best practices and application performance within managed infrastructure

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of client-facing experience in advisory, implementation, or operational roles
• Experience with Laravel in a personal or professional capacity
• Technical literacy of web application constructs and relevant cloud infrastructure strategies
• Working knowledge of commercial and technical tradeoffs of Cloud technologies
