Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field
• Optional 2+ years of experience in team management
• Experience with modern AI coding tools
• Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency in software development
• Foundational leadership skills in areas such as feedback and coaching
