Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Resource Center Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a daily contact with employees and management to respond to inquiries regarding personnel actions, new hire paperwork, pay, and benefits
- Project a friendly and professional image at all times
- Review multiple data points to provide accurate answers and adjust notes regarding benefits, contracts, pay, and policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Vocational business training or college coursework; AA degree preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a Human Resources department or healthcare administration required
- Minimum four (4) years in service or call center support, or two (2) years leadership experience may be considered in lieu of HR experience
- Experience with employee benefits, policies/procedures, and union contracts preferred
- Experience with computer software applications and/or high volume call center; healthcare environment experience preferred
