Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or a compliance-focused role
• Expertise in conducting investigations and handling employee matters
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FMLA, EEO)
• High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
