Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in human resources, focused on employee relations in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws, including healthcare-specific regulations
- Proven ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with discretion and empathy
- Proficiency with HRIS and case management systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, especially regarding Protected Health Information (PHI)
