Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Potential Coordinator (Employee Relations).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the case intake process and track resolution of employee relations cases
  • Assist in conducting investigations by gathering documentation and preparing summaries
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in the case management system
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a related field required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum one (1) year of professional-level experience in human resources, with employee relations experience a plus
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience
