A company is looking for a Human Potential Coordinator (Employee Relations).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the case intake process and track resolution of employee relations cases
- Assist in conducting investigations by gathering documentation and preparing summaries
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in the case management system
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one (1) year of professional-level experience in human resources, with employee relations experience a plus
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience
