About the Role

Employee Navigator is looking for an Associate QA Analyst to be a part of our Partner and Payroll team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the EN application’s integration with partners, particularly around benefits and payroll plans. You will need to understand the nuances of the EN application and how they impact partner integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation and in-depth knowledge of the Employee Navigator application, with the ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of benefits, plans, and their specific requirements.

Here’s What You’ll Do Day to Day:

  • Has the QA mindset and think creatively to uncover defects.
  • Work with product and developers on a daily basis to understand the requirements and understand the implementation details.
  • Debugging partner integration issues
  • Debugging payroll transmission failures
  • Reviewing requirements
  • Using postman for API testing
  • Testing Swagger documentation
  • End to end testing of payroll workflow, logging in partner sandbox and triggering transmissions and viewing them in EN
  • Capturing testcases in our test management suite

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience with EN app 1+ years in Frederick office (local candidate)
  • Good knowledge of EN app in benefits and payroll
  • Able to create plans, company setup, imports, enrollments and vendor portal
  • Deciphering payroll transmission dashboard
  • Proficient in reading employee data sheet and company reports
  • Understanding HTTP methods, requests, and responses
