Key Responsibilities
- Design CRM strategies to acquire and engage subscription customers
- Create customer journey flows with actionable trigger points to drive conversion and engagement
- Track and report on campaign performance, establishing benchmarks and delivering actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing
- Deep familiarity with CRM technology, including ESPs/marketing automation platforms
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Extremely organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- A collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills
