We’re not looking for someone to just “post content.” We’re looking for a Creative Content Creator — someone who lives and breathes ideas, words, visuals, and culture. Someone who knows how to turn everyday moments into stories that connect, engage, and stick.
What you'll actually do:
- Create engaging, original content across multiple formats — short-form video, social posts, scripts, blog content, and more.
- Work closely with designers, marketers, and strategists to bring brand ideas to life through creative storytelling.
- Stay plugged into cultural trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors — and turn that insight into content people actually care about.
- Write captions, hooks, and scripts that are scroll-stopping and brand-aligned.
- Be hands-on in content production — filming, editing, directing, and experimenting.
- Test, learn, and evolve your content based on performance and feedback.
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience creating content in a digital-first environment — agency, in-house, freelance, or your own platform.
- A portfolio (or feed) that shows range, creativity, and an understanding of different formats and platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts).
- Strong writing skills with a knack for voice, tone, and storytelling.
- Comfort with tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or whatever helps you create fast and well.
- A curious mind and an adaptable voice — you can shift tone and format without losing authenticity.
- Confidence to pitch ideas, take creative risks, and own your projects from start to finish.
