Job Summary
A company is looking for an EV Technical Service Agent to provide technical support for home charging equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform remote technical diagnosis and troubleshooting of home charging equipment
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the issue resolution process
- Act as a lead for technical escalations from service partners and provide training and insights
Required Qualifications
- Strong safety-first mindset
- 3+ years of experience as an electrician or with electrical components
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer-facing environment
- Associate/Trade degree in a related electrical field or four years of equivalent experience
- A valid driver's license
