Dynatrace Systems Monitoring Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynatrace Systems Monitoring Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide monitoring using Dynatrace and other tools to identify and assess system performance issues
• Support a 24/7 monitoring service and coordinate IT responses to system problems
• Develop runbooks and manage documentation for repeatable processes while continuously analyzing events for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, or 7+ years in NOC/TOC roles without a degree
• 3+ years of IT experience with performance monitoring tools
• 3+ years of experience with Dynatrace monitoring
• 2+ years in an Incident Management or Event Monitoring role in a command center
• Knowledge of system and network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, virtualization, SAN, and database technologies
