You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring everyone feels valued while also keeping our office running smoothly with administrative support, organizing meetings, managing databases, and maintaining seamless communication.

Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, $21 per hour
We are a family-owned company that has been in business since 1984. - General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, filing, and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Answer and direct calls to the appropriate destination
- Maintain and update Excel documents as needed
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determine the nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
- Ensure reception, conference, and break rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials
- Order lunches and snacks for meetings
- Monitor visitor access and issue passes when required
- Work closely with vendors
- Receive, sort, and route mail and packages
- Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies
- Answers basic inventory questions
- Manage all employee badge requests
- Additional tasks as assigned
Additional Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- 2 years of proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word)
- Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Go to Meetings, Outlook, Zoom, etc.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and service-minded
- Must have a team player attitude, and be willing to help out
- Detail-oriented and diligent in ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
