Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the document management plan, ensuring proper classification, organization, storage, and version control
- Facilitate the document review and approval process, managing access controls to protect sensitive documents
- Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and document accessibility
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in Document Management, preferably within the construction or technology industry
- Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and related document management tools
- Experience working with high-level stakeholders, including executives and project owners
- Strong leadership and proactive approach to workflow optimization
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
