Are you detail-oriented and passionate about working with data to support cutting-edge AI technologies? We are looking for Annotators to help train machine learning models by accurately labeling and categorizing data. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of AI-driven solutions by providing precise and consistent annotations across various data types, including text, images, videos, and audio.

As an Annotator, you will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and quality assurance teams to refine annotation guidelines, maintain data integrity, and contribute to the development of high-performing AI models. In this role, you will:

• Label and categorize various types of data (e.g., text, images, audio, video) according to predefined guidelines.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in annotations, following strict quality control measures.
• Identify and correct errors in labeled datasets to maintain high-quality data integrity.
• Work closely with AI and data science teams to refine annotation guidelines and improve labeling efficiency.
• Provide feedback on annotation tools and processes to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Meet deadlines and productivity targets while maintaining annotation quality.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow annotation guidelines precisely.
• Ability to work efficiently and consistently on repetitive tasks without compromising quality.
• Experience with data labeling tools (e.g., Labelbox, CVAT, or similar) is a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or data processing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide feedback on annotation processes.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team goals.
• Prior experience in data entry, content moderation, or quality assurance is an advantage.
